Kelly Arnoldy is the owner of Therapy for Kids and has been a pediatric physical therapist for over 23 years. She has extensive experience treating neurological, orthopedic, congenital, and developmental conditions in a variety of out-patient settings including Early Intervention, in-home therapy, and out-patient clinics.
My Story
My passion for physical therapy started in the fourth grade when I was struggling with persistent knee pain. After seeing multiple doctors without answers, a physical therapist finally provided the relief I had been seeking through targeted exercises and taping techniques. That experience not only changed my life but also inspired my career.

Through my own health journey and education, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how all our body parts, organs, and systems are interconnected and how proper alignment, symmetrical posture, and strength lay the foundation for healthy movement. I’ve experienced firsthand how even small asymmetries, if left unaddressed, can lead to pain and dysfunction over time. This perspective shapes how I treat my patients—I don’t just focus on hitting milestones, but on identifying and correcting the root causes of atypical movement patterns.

I understand that each child is unique and provide individualized treatment plans, focusing on the quality of their movement and combining evidence-based techniques with a personalized, compassionate approach. With my advanced training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and Myofascial Release (MFR), I specialize in helping children build strong, symmetrical movement patterns from the start. By addressing imbalances early, I help them develop efficient, pain-free movement that supports long-term health and function.

My approach is hands-on, personalized, and rooted in my own experiences—I understand what it’s like to navigate movement challenges, and I bring that insight and empathy into every treatment session. My goal is to empower each patient to move with confidence, strength, and ease.
